We have mapped out a design meeting with a professional that walks you through the choices in a clear and fun way. By the end of your meeting you will be feeling the vibe of your new home.
at our initial meeting and base selection you will pick your model and lot. Generally we will ask for a lot deposit at this time. This is a credit back to you at the final closing.
Here is where we roll up our sleeves and get specific, any changes and modifications we mark it all up on the plans in red and agree to what we are modifying to model home or base plans .We will nail down the price and get you a contract at this point with the specific changes made part of the contract. Here is where we will talk about purchasing the home and timelines for closing.
After our major redline meeting we go to work. We begin building the home that you will love and get you an updated schedule based on all your designer specific selections.
At this meeting we will have a lot of house to start showing you. We schedule a meeting at this time with you, the builder, foreman and designer to walk through the home and give you a chance to make any changes and finalize the structure before we get down to finishes that may need modification in the rough in stage.
At this meeting, we will have drywall installed and want to give you one last opportunity to make changes to finishes. If you decide a different flooring, color or faucet we can make sure it is right to save time and energy and money before we set up a final walk through.
Here it is - all the way done. This is your time to really get your head wrapped around the beautiful home we have created. We will set up a final closing for your home and then hand you some keys. You will now be a on the Row living in an amazing home you love. We will give you a walkthrough of some very important details about your home and schedule a warranty walk through in 6 and 12 months.
